We are growing and looking to expand our footprint with an experienced territory sales manager in Dallas, Houston, and Kansas City.

Job Description

  • Leverage Affluent Exteriors software, methodology, and processes to ensure a successful client experience from initial introduction and claims through production and warranty
  • Represent Affluent Exteriors with the highest level of professionalism to deliver world-class, industry-leading roofing services
  • Communicate with the team about strategies, issues, concerns, and needs to be successful in the field
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings with customers, inspect property for storm damage, and convert into signed customers
  • Meet with adjusters to identify damage
  • Take before photos of property and upload into company software program
  • Collect insurance documentation and other required information
  • Assist customers with product selection questions
  • Communicate with customer regarding project scheduling & pre-construction issues
  • Collect customer payments
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training future Roofing Sales Representatives in the territory and growing the base operation

Compensation

  • 50/50/10 split on all direct client opportunities
  • 10 percent override on deals which Manager is directly managing other Roofing Sales Representatives in their territory
