We’ll take all the necessary inspection photos to show you if your roof has hail damage present, walk you through the insurance claim process to ease your mind, and recommend if any repairs are needed if filing there isn’t enough damage to file a claim.
We DO NOT act as a Public Adjuster on your behalf to file your claim, negotiate with your insurance, nor settle your claim. It is against the law in the State of Texas for a contractor to do this but we can connect you with a Public Adjuster should you need further assistance.
Note: For any insurance claim, you are REQUIRED to pay your deductible. You should be aware of the Texas House Bill 2102 Deductible Law that is a Class B misdemeanor and punishable by up to 180 days in jail, a fine of as much as $2,000, or both. If a contractor offers to waive your deductible, take their information and report it to the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Hotline at 1-800-621-0508.

Step 2: An Affluent Exteriors Roofing Consultant will contact you to schedule an appointment and perform our complimentary roof inspection. They will confirm if your property was impacted by hail or wind, recommend any repairs if the damage isn’t significant enough to file a claim, or give you peace of mind with inspection photos in your file for future reference if needed.
Step 3: If you have filed an insurance claim, your Affluent Exteriors representative will meet with your insurance adjuster during the time of their inspection to show them all damages found during our inspection.
Step 4: Upon approval, Affluent Exteriors will install your new roof along with any additional items approved by your insurance company or out-of-pocket upgrades that you would like to do as part of your project.
