Regardless of which option you choose, our Affluent Exteriors Residential Roof Maintenance program allows you to have peace of mind and leave the roof & gutter work to the professionals. Once you have successfully paid your program subscription, a member of our friendly staff will contact you to schedule your inspection and address each of the items listed below in each plan. Once the inspection is completed, you will be provided an inspection summary report and photos.

Simple, minor repairs are completed on-site at the time of inspection at no additional cost to you. Larger repairs or improvements will be noted on your inspection report so you have a clear understanding of your roof’s condition and a plan to fix the problem with our 10% member discounted pricing.
