They will get to know you, you preferences, your ideas, and your style – and they will work with you through every step of your outdoor living project from design, to permit and HOA approval as needed, to building and completion.

Your Free Consultation

Schedule your free consultation by calling our office or completing the form below. We’ll send one of our team members over to your home to meet with you and learn more about your project. During their visit, the will:

• Show you designs to help determine your preferences
• Take measurements and photos of the project area
• Go into an in-depth inquiry about your expectations
• Discuss your project budget with you

Your Estimate/Proposal

After the consultation, we’ll provide you with a proposal that includes an estimate for your project. As long as the scope of your project does not change, neither will the estimate so there will be no surprise expenses during the course of your project.

Your proposal will include a design drawing with specifications and dimensions and rendered views and elevations so you can see what the project will look like after completion if needed.

Need a Permit or HOA Approval?

Some areas require a permit or HOA approval for outdoor living projects. Ask your HOA if any information is required.

Also, if you live in a municipality that requires a building permit, we’ll handle all the paperwork requirements from submission, inspection, and approval. Please note that depending on your location, this process could take 4 to 6 weeks.

From the Beginning to the End and Everything in Between

Once you have approved your project, we’ll order the materials and schedule the crew on our production schedule. After construction begins, it will take anywhere from one week to a month to complete, depending on the complexity. Your Affluent Exteriors representative will be able to give your a more accurate time frame once construction has started.
